It's Saturday at last! This week felt both long and short. It was a weird mix. Mostly because I kept getting dizzy from being on land and thus I kept taking naps at strange hours. Always happens to me after a cruise. Like I'm quick to get my sea-legs going but once I'm back on land I'm still swaying. Hopefully next week I'll be used to life on land, lol. (▀̿Ĺ̯▀̿ ̿)

Been playing around with my tarot cards and trying to learn some new spreads. Kinda want to journal some of the introspective observations. Also made a sketch for the zine I want to make, I still need to tweak some of the design, it still feels kinda boring. I want it to pop. Also working on a painting, I might have to repaint some/most of it. I'm not sure yet. ┐( ͡ಠ ʖ̯ ͡ಠ)┌ I'm not achieving the effect I want to create, I think I may have overworked it in certain areas so I'll have to subtract some of the details and create the balance I was going for. I think I'm about to level up again, I seem to be more critical. Like I want to create more in tangent of what I envision. I'm not there yet now but I will be. ( •̀ᴗ•́ )و ̑̑

I'm pretty close to completing chapter five of my fic and then I can go post the first chapter on AO3. I'm so hyped! \(๑•́o•̀๑)/ I think I might want to drop it on Valentine's day, lol. It feels rather fitting. (Since it's a love story but like a super messed up love story.) I'm also hoping I can sneak in some one-shots for the SilverV weekend towards the end of the month since I really want to participate but I also don't want to fall behind with my current fic. I'll see how much stockpile I have in the coming weeks. ( ͡° ᴥ ͡° ʋ)

Also, I finally finished reading Trouble and Her Friends! Whoot! ヽ(•‿•)ノ I probably could've finished reading it sooner but I was out of town and didn't want to pack too much. Then it was the issue of getting dizzy, since I'm currently not used to being on land. Thus, making it difficult to read. But finally it's over. I really enjoyed it, it had detective noir vibes but cyberpunk, but not too heavily hi-tech. Feels like it could be a few years away and it kinda explores how authority could/would regulate the net. (Kinda scary because we've seen how that could go.) I also liked the pacing. I kinda wished I could get to know the characters more. Like really get in their head but that's not the case here. Now, I'll be starting Neuromancer.

Signing off for now! (╹◡◠)
